Mayor is a colorful indie-rock band located in Tel-Aviv.

Their First album "Nothing2Luz" released in 2015, included 5 unique music videos that gained a lot of attention by the local indie scene.

The album was independently created by the band and producer lead guitarist Gili Meir.

Their second EP release "DOUBLER" was released in the summer of 2018, a conceptual 3 song album, is a homage for the 60's culture and the Western Movie Soundtrack specifically. This EP was also arranged and produced by Gili Meir, but this time was recorded with the band live in "Tesha" Studios.

For their up coming third album, Mayor joined forces with one of Britain's most renowned producers, Danton Supple, known for his work with names such as Coldplay, U2, Ian Brown, Brian Eno, Suede and much more.

After a year of exciting recording sessions in London and Tel-Aviv the album is soon to be released. In their third album Mayor look at the emptiness of the overflowed information world we live in. Honest lyrics are wrapped with vintage classic rock and futuristic up to date synth pop sound.

The new album is set to be in June 2019.
